Jeg prøver at skrive din historie så langt tilbage, som jeg kan finde dokumenter, der handler om dig.

Ejendomshandel 1907

Boelsmand Hans Jeppesen, Ugerløse solgte Kullegårdsvej 15 til gdr. Ole Søren Olsen og hustru Dorthea, som var min mor Ella Viola Nielsens plejeforældre. Ole og Dorthea byggede et stuehus samme år 1907. Det gamle stuehus blev indrettet til 8 kobåse, 4 kalvebåse, 1 svinesti og 3 hestebokse. En vinkellænge blev bygget til, som indeholdt 4 stier med plads til 8 svin i hver.

En ladebygning med roehus, 2 stier til grisesøer, et rum til tørv, vognport med opgang til kornmagasin, vaskehus i gavlen, udvendt dør til wc med 4 trin op og et lille rum til høns. I forlængelse af gavlen et stort hønsehus til 100 høns.

Det drev de indtil deres plejedatter, Ella blev gift med Oluf Evald Olsen, søn af gdr. Niels Olsen og Hustru Marie, Annexgården i Ugerløse By.

Ella og Evald fik i brudegave af Evalds forældre et gavebrev på et stk. jord 7K. Østrup by, Undløse sogn, d. 24. februar 1925.

Ellas plejeforældre blev boende hos Ella og Evald. Dorthea Olsen dør i hjemmet d. 26. november 1927, 65 år gammel. Ole Søren Olsen dør 5. august 1932, 72 år gammel. Begge blev begravet på Stenmagle kirkegård. Arv og gæld er vedgået på 1. skiftesamling d. 16.8.1932. Ella Olsen er enearving og skal sætte 8.000 kr. fast i Lånekassen for Holbæk Købstad og Omegn på en kontrabog til årlig rente 4% til plejesøsteren Cathrine Schmidt Nielsen, som bor i Brooklyn USA. Kapitalen ejes af hendes 7 børn, som efter hendes død får fri rådighed over kapitalen. Deres mor er født d. 14.10.1888.

Evald Olsen har lejet Skolelodden, som er det stykke jord 1. læreren havde at dyrke, som en del af hans løn. Den blev udstykket i 1933 som matr. Nr. 1a til Ugerløse kommune og matr. 1d. Evald Olsen. Resten blev idrætsplads og svømmebassin.

Matr. 8a, 3g, 75a Ugerløse by, som landbrugsjord blev solgt til gdr. Gunnar Nielsen og gdr. Arne Christensen efter at udlængerne brændte 10. juni 1963.

1943

I ladebygningen blev der lavet badeværelse og vaskehus med komfur/vaskegryde samt et værelse.Der var et hønsehus til 100 stk. høns. Brønden midt på gårdspladsen var altid fuld af vand, så der var lagt en rørledning ned midt i hønsegården, så der altid var rindende vand til hønsene, vandet var meget okkerholdigt, så vi hentede vand hos naboen, når det hvide tøj skulle vaskes.

Efter 2. verdenskrig

Mosen i Østrup blev lejet ud, fordi der fandtes tørvejord under græsjorden. Græsset blev skrællet af, så kunne man skrabe smuld, som blev solgt til fremstilling af briketter.

Den 26.2.1948 købte Evald Olsen matr. 7c af Østrup by. D. 8.9.1948 købte han nabomosen matr. 8b. Østrup by, så nu hørte der 21 tdr. land til Kullegårdsvej 15. Herefter skrabede vil selv smuld.

Der var kommet 6 pigebørn til fra 1925-1942. Evald Olsen blev syg i november 1952 og døde 12.4.1953.

1954

Stuehuset blev moderniseret med centralvarme, værelser på loftet, nyt køkken. D. 15. maj 1954 blev Nanna Olsen gift i Ugerløse Kirke med Henning Jensen, søn af Kirstine og sognefoged Jens Jensen, Ugerløse. Den 15. april 1954 forpagtede Henning Jensen Kullegårdsvej 15.

Den 1. juli 1956 flyttede Henning og jeg fra Kullegårdsvej, da vi havde købt Enggården, Skovhusvejen 96, Ugerløse. Da udlængerne brændte på Kullegårdsvej i 1963 blev mosen solgt til len gdr. I Thorkildstrup.

1983 solgte Ella Olsen Kullegårdsvej 15 til Kai og Inger-Lise Andersen. (De bor stadig på ejendommen i 2015).
